CBD vapes come as e-liquids for refillable devices, refillable pen and pod kits, and pre filled 510 cartridges. Since 1 June 2025 single use vapes are banned from sale in the UK, including CBD and zero nicotine devices. A legal vape is rechargeable, refillable and has a user replaceable coil.

Vape liquids are not foods, so there is no FSA list to check. The batch lab certificate is the key document: it should confirm CBD content and show THC within legal limits. Never vape an oral CBD oil, as the carrier oils are made to be swallowed.
